Xzilerate provides AI-powered SaaS tools for lead generation, analytics, and automation.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with prior notice.

3. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

All fees are billed in U.S. dollars.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing cycle ends.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or GoDaddy Payments.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer or copy the platform’s software or AI models.

• Use Xzilerate to send spam, scams, or malicious content.

• Breach U.S. federal or Tennessee state laws.

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and branding are owned by Xzilerate, LLC.
Users retain rights to their uploaded business data but grant Xzilerate a license to process it for service delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Xzilerate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the previous 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, with jurisdiction in Shelby County courts.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
